Dusty Wolf, CPM is co-owner of Sentinel as well as Centra’s Chief Operating Officer where he focuses on portfolio management, investment and consulting duties, his expertise is vital to property owners. In addition, he focuses on under writing acquisition, debt structures, management and leasing of apartments.
Dusty’s expertise in asset and property management, leasing and sales contributes significantly to Centra’s successful portfolio of 9,000+ residential units and 2,200,000+ square feet of office under management. Throughout his 45 years of real estate experience, his dedication to discovering new opportunities, as well as his operational insights has consistently produced quality results and performance enhancements for his clients.

He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), as designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management, has obtained the CAPS or Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation from the National Apartment Association and is listed in the “Who’s Who of Texas in 1973-73”. He worked with HL&P (Reliant Energy) as a design civil engineer for five years and has a business degree from the University of Houston.

Dusty is an active member of the Houston Apartment Association. He is a previous member of the NAA Board of Directors and a Committee Member for bylaws and membership for the National Apartment Association. Other affiliations include M.D.A. Board, IREM and BOMA.
