Centra Partners is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO™) specializing in asset and property management, financial, brokerage and receivership services for commercial and multifamily properties in Texas and the Southwest for Institutional clients and other substantial private owners of real property, US and foreign.
We currently employ over 300 management, leasing, accounting, engineering and administrative professionals, of which 10 are licensed real estate professionals, including 3 Certified Property Mangers (IREM), 2 Certified Public Accountants, 2 Certified Apartment Property Supervisors, and 2 HUD Certified Supervisors. Centra was awarded as one of the 2019 and 2020 Best Places to Work™ and 2020 Best Places to Work for Women™ by Multifamily Leadership.
In addition, Centra Partners has leased over 10 million square feet of commercial space and managed 15 million square feet of commercial space. Centra has managed over 30,000 units of multi-family space and has sold 12 million square feet of commercial space.
Centra Partners is a member of the National and local Apartment Associations in addition to BOMA and IREM.
