Greg Nelson is Principal of Sentinel Capital and Triad with 36 years of real estate experience, with a background in managing multiple projects simultaneously and frequently interfacing with outside consultants in various stages of an asset’s strategy while keeping the asset on track with its strategic plan and/or through acquisition, disposition or development.
Prior to founding Sentinel and Triad, he held positions as Senior Vice President of Moody Ramblin as well as the National Director of Construction, Vice President with Advantage Real Estate Services (ARES), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mutual of New York (MONY).
Greg earned his Bachelors of Business in Finance from the University of Houston in 1982. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas, and a past member of the National Multi-Family Housing Council (NMHC) International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Trustee on the Fort Bend Economic Development Council, National Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors.
