Patrick Magliaro is a vested Partner and acting Vice President of Sentinel Capital and Triad Real Estate. Mr. Magliaro joined Triad Real Estate and Sentinel in early 2013 and is responsible for Commercial Acquisitions and Commercial ground up development.

Mr. Magliaro studied Mechanical Engineering at Texas Tech University prior to attending Sam Houston State University, where he received Bachelor of Business Administration Degrees (B.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration. Mr. Magliaro oversees the day to day activities of acquiring multi-family assets and commercial raw land, as well as manages the development division for ground up commercial construction. His areas of expertise fall in sourcing and strategizing multi-family investments, managing third party participants and consultants, construction administration for cash-flowing assets, as well as managing the development of ground-up commercial product within specified time parameters and budgets.

Mr. Magliaro has been directly involved in over $250MM of multi-family acquisitions and dispositions as well as over $80MM in ground-up commercial development. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson, a member of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors, and an affiliate of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Outside of work, Mr. Magliaro enjoys cheering for his beloved Houston sports teams, saltwater fishing, golfing, traveling, and enjoying with his family and friends.
