In addition, Sentinel will improve property curb appeal by addressing certain cosmetic items, such as landscaping, exterior LED lighting improvements, new perimeter fencing, and dumpster enclosures. To capture additional revenue, washer and dryers will be installed along with light interior renovations, as needed, to increase renter appeal while maintaining affordability.
